Inspired by the wooden roller coasters of Custom Coasters International (CCI), The Gravity Group and Great Coasters International (GCI), The Woodie brings the character of traditional timber track to your everyday carry. Its layered beams, repeating cross ties and silver rail details celebrate a shape that has thrilled generations of riders.
Brown track details contrast with silver running rails in a miniature designed to look at home on your keys or park bag. Finished with a silver-tone split ring and clasp, it is a little reminder of big drops, rattling lift hills and the unmistakable charm of a wooden coaster.

Retro Metal celebrates the enduring appeal of tubular steel coaster track. Familiar from the early steel coaster era, this style and its variations have been used by many manufacturers, appearing on both older favourites and newer rides. Its open profile and repeating rail connections give it a character that spans generations of coaster design.

Inspired by classic Arrow and Vekoma-style steel coaster track, The Classic / SLC captures a bold structural profile with a distinctive central spine, tubular running rails and repeating cross ties. It is a familiar shape to enthusiasts of traditional steel coasters and the suspended looping coaster era.

A B&M-inspired classic.
Box Spine takes inspiration from the instantly recognisable track geometry of Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M). A broad rectangular spine sits beneath two tubular running rails, joined by repeating cross ties to create a substantial, clean-lined profile.
Our miniature highlights the contrast between the solid central box and the open framework above it. Available in a choice of colours and finished with a split ring and clasp, it is made for enthusiasts who recognise a coaster by its track before they read its name.

Behind the
creations.
Hi! I’m Ben, the founder of Coaster Works Studio, and I’ve been hooked on roller coasters ever since my first ride as a child.
Over the years, I’ve visited countless theme parks, collected merchandise, and explored my love of coaster design through games like Planet Coaster. Along the way, I’ve often found myself thinking about what else could be possible.
That curiosity brought together my passions for roller coasters, creativity, and technology—and led to Coaster Works Studio. My aim is to create distinctive, high-quality merchandise and give enthusiasts the tools to design and 3D print their own coaster creations.
We’re a small, independent studio, which gives us the freedom to explore ideas, adapt our approach, and work closely with customers on bespoke pieces. From a personal colour combination to something made especially for you, we enjoy finding ways to bring individual ideas to life.
All our products are designed and manufactured in-house. Every design is our own creation; we never reproduce or resell the work of others.
There’s plenty more on the drawing board, too. We’re developing an exciting range of theme park merchandise, with new products and collections planned for the near future. What you see today is just the beginning.
